Job Description

We are looking for a to join our team at at Satya E-com Services Private Limited. This role involves monitoring productivity, maintaining reports, handling employee queries and supporting senior management in achieving business targets. You will be responsible for handling daily operations, managing team performance, coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Ensure damage, expiry and quality checks of the products received.

▪️ Ensure that the received goods match the purchase orders with respect to quantity & weight.

▪️ Ensure that the CP & MRP mismatch in the records should be zero.

▪️ Ensure scanning of the bar code at the time of receiving.

▪️ Stock segregation (sellable and consumable, damaged and RTV) for storage.

▪️ Database management- Booking DAD, Dump & Consumption details, GRN & invoice booking.

▪️ Responsible for warehouse inventory management- ensure that all stocks received are available for sale at the store-floor.

▪️ Ensure proper vendor scheduling.

▪️ Ensure timely execution of physical inventory of warehouse as per the schedule.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
