Assistant Store Manager – Swiggy Instamart
Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
Company: Swiggy Instamart
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹25,000 In-Hand per month (after PF & ESI deductions)
Shift: Rotational shifts
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store/warehouse operations.
Supervise and manage store associates and delivery operations.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance.
Ensure smooth picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch operations.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock availability.
Monitor daily operational targets and KPIs.
Handle team-related issues and resolve operational challenges.
Prepare and maintain daily reports/MIS.
Coordinate with Store Manager and other internal teams.
Ensure safety, discipline, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, retail, e-commerce, or quick-commerce operations preferred.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
