Job Summary: The Warehouse in charge will oversee and manage day-to-day operations for multiple clients at the warehouse. The role requires expertise in warehousing processes, including inventory management, inward and outward operations, cycle counts, audits, vendor coordination, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management ○ Supervise inward, outward, and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. ○ Implement and monitor daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy. ○ Oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure goods are placed in designated storage areas. 2. Last-Mile Operations Coordination ○ Manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients' end locations. ○ Coordinate with delivery partners and teams to resolve last-mile challenges and optimize routes. ○ Monitor last-mile performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing improvements. 3. Client Management ○ Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their operational needs and queries. ○ Maintain high service standards, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. 4. Inventory & Reporting ○ Manage and track inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies during audits. ○ Prepare and present MIS reports detailing warehouse performance, inventory status
