Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Trainer
Location: D Mart Warehouse, Poonamallee

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Supervisor / Trainer will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring warehouse staff follow operational processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Monitor inventory movement and maintain stock accuracy.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Train new employees on warehouse processes, safety procedures, and work standards.

• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of materials.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of warehouse staff.

• Prepare daily reports related to stock, manpower, and operations.

• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets.

Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass / Any Degree

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Good communication and team-handling skills.

• Ability to train and guide employees.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Ability to work in shifts.

Salary

• Warehouse Supervisor: ₹16,500 per month

• Trainer: ₹17,500 per month

Working Hours

• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
