Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including loaders, pickers, packers, and forklift operators.

• Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.

• Ensure proper inventory management, including stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), stock counting, and reconciliation.

• Maintain warehouse layout and ensure optimal utilization of space.

• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (inbound, outbound, productivity, accuracy, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle team scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to improve performance and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
