Job description:

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Mandali, Mehsana

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability at all times
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Ensure proper handling and storage of FMCG food products in cold storage conditions
Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure adherence to safety standards
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage or damage
Maintain documentation such as GRN, stock registers, and dispatch records
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
Assist in implementing inventory control systems and processes
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth warehouse operations

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in store/warehouse supervision, preferably in FMCG (Food industry)
Experience working in cold storage or temperature-controlled environments is preferred
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software
Good organizational and supervisory skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of safety and hygiene standards in food storage
