Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Supervise warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and helpers.
Ensure proper SKU-wise storage, labelling, and stock arrangement.
Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QC, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per schedule.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory.
Ensure proper handling, packing, and security of high-value jewellery products.
Monitor damaged, missing, or incorrect stock and report discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and discipline.
Prepare daily stock, dispatch, and warehouse operation reports.
Required Skills:
Good team management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to manage stock accuracy and dispatch timelines.
