Key Responsibilities Captain • Supervise daily warehouse/store operations and team activities • Coordinate with Pickers and Putters to ensure smooth and timely workflow • Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of team members • Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and operational SOPs • Report operational challenges and daily updates to the reporting manager Picker • Pick items accurately as per system-generated order lists • Ensure correct quantity and quality of picked products • Achieve assigned productivity and accuracy targets • Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety guidelines Putter • Store and arrange inventory at designated locations • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and placement of products • Assist in inventory replenishment and stock organization • Maintain warehouse/store hygiene and safety standards
