Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations in a Metal Manufacturing/Trading environment. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, team handling and warehouse documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and manpower.

• Handle receiving, unloading, storage and dispatch of metal/raw materials and finished goods.

• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

• Monitor inward/outward material and ensure proper documentation.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure proper identification, stacking and storage of materials.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts and Transporters.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, Delivery Challan, Stock Register, Dispatch and other warehouse records.

• Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure safe material handling.

• Monitor warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.

• Handle warehouse team allocation, attendance and daily work monitoring.

• Ensure timely dispatch as per customer/order requirements.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse In-charge.

• Metal / Steel / Aluminium / Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and material handling.

• Experience in warehouse documentation and stock reconciliation.

• Good Excel / ERP knowledge.

• Strong team handling and coordination skills.

• Candidate should be comfortable working in a factory/warehouse environment.
