Job Description: The Supervisor in a Cold Storage facility plays a pivotal role in overseeing 

all throughput related activities related to the goods for multiple clients.  

Key responsibilities are mentioned below  

Timely Loading and Unloading of Goods: Supervisor should ensure that all the goods are 

getting loaded and unloaded in the stipulated time frame. Any delay is getting highlighted to 

the concerned stakeholder.  

SOP Adherence: Ensures that the assigned SOP is getting followed by the Drivers, Pickers 

and Labours.  

System Adherence: Ensures that the dock supervisors/senior labours are following proper 

system assigned by the company
