Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Verify inward and outward stock movements and ensure proper documentation.
Track Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for timely execution.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products as per order requirements.
Coordinate with the warehouse, and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment.
Conduct regular stock verification and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Maintain reports related to inventory, dispatches, pending orders, and warehouse operations.
Identify operational issues and report them to the management with practical solutions.
Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and warehouse discipline.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or FMCG operations.
Basic knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO), inventory control, and order management.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Experience in an FMCG company will be an added advantage.
