Warehouse Supervisor

नौकरी का उद्देश्य :

• हम अपने गोदाम प्रबंधन, ट्राई-साइकिल ड्राइवर्स और टाटा एस (छोटा हाथी) ड्राइवर्स के प्रबंधन के लिए एक महत्वाकांक्षी और ऊर्जावान ऑपरेशन सुपरवाइज़र की तलाश कर रहे हैं।

• उस व्यक्ति में मजबूत नेतृत्व क्षमता और अच्छी संचार कौशल (communication skills) होनी चाहिए, ताकि वह ड्राइवर्स और अन्य स्टाफ को प्रभावी रूप से प्रबंधित कर सके। साथ ही गोदाम और वहाँ मौजूद सभी कंपनी के सामान की जिम्मेदारी भी उसी की होगी।

• ऑपरेशन्स मैनेजमेंट में अनुभव और समस्या सुलझाने के कौशल (problem-solving skills) होने चाहिए, ताकि फील्ड ऑपरेशन को बेहतर ढंग से संभाला जा सके। साथ ही, कमर्शियल वाहनों से संबंधित नियमों की जानकारी भी होनी चाहिए।
  
  मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ :
  

• ट्राई-साइकिल और टाटा एस (छोटा हाथी) ड्राइवर्स की दैनिक गतिविधियों की निगरानी और प्रबंधन।

• ड्राइवर्स को क्लाइंट द्वारा निर्धारित रूट्स समझाना और समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित कराना।

• गोदाम में मौजूद सभी सामान की निगरानी, स्टॉक का रख-रखाव और समय-समय पर सत्यापन।

• वाहनों (टाटा एस व साइकिल) की मरम्मत और रखरखाव की जिम्मेदारी लेना।

• बैटरियों की स्थिति, चार्जिंग और सुरक्षा उपायों का रिकॉर्ड व निरीक्षण करना।

• डेली वर्क प्लान तैयार करना और राउटर टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।

• फ्लेक्स (बैनर) और अन्य प्रचार सामग्री का सही तरीके से प्रबंधन करना।

• गोदाम व फील्ड से जुड़ी किसी भी समस्या का समाधान तत्परता से करना।

• कमर्शियल वाहनों से संबंधित नियमों और प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी रखना और उनका पालन कराना।

• ड्राइवर्स और अन्य स्टाफ के बीच अच्छा समन्वय बनाए रखना और टीम भावना को बढ़ावा देना।
