Job Description

Staff Management:
Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Inventory Control:
Manage accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching; conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and use WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Operations Oversight:
Coordinate daily activities, manage workflow, optimize space, and ensure efficient loading/unloading.
Safety & Quality:
Enforce safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA/company standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies, implement new procedures, and suggest adjustments to boost productivity.
Coordination:
Liaise with other departments (logistics, procurement, customer service) and potentially vendors.
Reporting:
Prepare records, track metrics, and report on warehouse performance.
