Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and optimize our logistics and

supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate logistics activities, ensure timely delivery of services,

and maintain efficient support of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery Management: Overseeing the end-to-end process of providing mobile EV charging, ensuring

timely and efficient service to customers.

2. Logistics Coordination: Managing the deployment and movement of mobile charging units across various

locations, optimizing routes and schedules to meet customer demands.

3. Client Relations: Maintaining strong communication with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high

level of customer satisfaction.

4. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the operations team, fostering a collaborative environment to

achieve organizational goals.

5. Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes to enhance

efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a

related field.

● Proven experience in supply chain and logistics operations.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

● Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Understanding of city, regional, and country-level logistics network challenges.
