Position:- Floor Supervisor
Location:- C - 36, Meerut Road Industrial Area
Position Type:- Full-time
Qualification :- 12th Pass or Any Graduate
Experience:- Pharmaceutical Company / FMCG
Salary :- 12k to 16k
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high service or production standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in floor management, and the ability to motivate a team while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth functioning.
✅ Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and ensure productivity.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
✅ Coordinate with different departments (sales, warehouse, housekeeping, etc.) to optimize workflow.
✅ Handle customer or staff concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
✅ Track inventory, stock levels, and equipment (if applicable).
✅ Prepare reports on performance, attendance, and daily activities.
✅ Train new employees and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years of experience in floor supervision (retail, hospitality or warehouse).
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
✔ Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management (if applicable).
