Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse work and ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling inventory, supervising staff, and making sure stock is stored and dispatched properly.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day warehouse activities (inward, storage, dispatch)
Check stock regularly and match physical stock with system records
Do quality check (QC) of incoming and returned items
Check refurbished items like furniture and appliances
Ensure stock is kept at the right location and follow FIFO (First In First Out)
Prepare items for delivery, transfer, or replacement
Make sure all items are properly labeled and barcoded
Report any stock mismatch, shortage, or damage
Ensure proper handling to avoid damages
Oversee cleaning of warehouse items when required
Maintain record of consumables and ensure no stock shortage
Follow safety rules and maintain proper warehouse standards

Requirements

1+ year experience in warehouse / inventory role
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
Comfortable using systems/ERP and barcode scanners
Good team handling and coordination skills
Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
