पद का नाम : वेयरहाउस सुपरवाइज़र

स्थान : गुलधर, मेरठ रोड इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया, गाज़ियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश

वेतन: ₹25,000 तक प्रति माह (अनुभव के अनुसार)

कार्य दिवस: सप्ताह में 6 दिन

समय: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

आयु सीमा: 25–45 वर्ष

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ :

10–15 वेयरहाउस कर्मचारियों की टीम को संभालना।
कर्मचारियों को दैनिक कार्य आवंटित करना और उनकी कार्यक्षमता पर निगरानी रखना।
वेयरहाउस के सभी कार्यों को सुचारु रूप से संचालित करना।
कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति एवं अनुशासन बनाए रखना।
लोडिंग, अनलोडिंग एवं डिस्पैच टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
स्टॉक की सुरक्षित एवं सही तरीके से हैंडलिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
सुरक्षा नियमों एवं वेयरहाउस की साफ-सफाई का पालन करवाना।
प्रतिदिन की कार्य रिपोर्ट मैनेजमेंट को देना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ :

वेयरहाउस सुपरविजन का अनुभव वरीयता प्राप्त होगा।
अच्छी लीडरशिप एवं टीम मैनेजमेंट क्षमता।
10–15 ऑन-फ्लोर कर्मचारियों को संभालने की क्षमता।
जिम्मेदार, अनुशासित एवं मेहनती होना चाहिए।
सामान्य संचार एवं समन्वय कौशल आवश्यक है।
JOB TITLE : Warehouse Supervisor

Location : Guldhar, Meerut Road Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary : Up to ₹25,000 per month (Experience based)

Working Days : 6 Days a Week

Timing : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage a team of 10–15 warehouse workers.
Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
Ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Maintain attendance and discipline of staff.
Coordinate with dispatch, loading and unloading teams.
Ensure stock is handled safely and accurately.
Follow company safety rules and maintain housekeeping.
Report daily work updates to the management.

Requirements :

Experience in warehouse supervision is preferred.
Good leadership and team handling skills.
Ability to manage 10–15 on-floor workers.
Responsible, disciplined and hardworking.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
