📍 Position: Warehouse Supervisor

📍 Location: Ahmedabad - Aslali, Kheda, Kanera

🏢 Industry: 3PL Logistics & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
✅ Manage warehouse staff and ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
✅ Coordinate with transport and operations teams for timely deliveries.
✅ Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company SOPs.
✅ Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
✅ Handle manpower planning and shift management.

Requirements:

✔ 12th in any discipline.
✔ 1–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL logistics environment.
✔ Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
✔ Experience working on WMS, SAP, or ERP systems will be preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

💰 Salary: Up to ₹11,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
