Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Kharkhoda, Sonipat, Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse operations with team handling responsibilities
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatch of goods

Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies

Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff; assign duties and monitor team performance

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits

Oversee timely loading and unloading of goods and ensure zero damage

Monitor and enforce safety standards and cleanliness in the warehouse

Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Prepare and maintain warehouse reports (GRN, stock, dispatch, etc.)

Resolve operational issues, shortages, and team grievances promptly

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision

Proven team handling and leadership skills

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and ERP/WMS software

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
