Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Warehouse Staff:

  This includes assigning tasks, managing shift rotations, monitoring performance, and providing training and feedback. 

• Inventory Management:

  Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies. 

• Shipping and Receiving:

  Overseeing the receipt of goods, verifying documentation, and coordinating the timely delivery of shipments. 

• Maintaining a Safe and Organized Environment:

  Enforcing safety protocols, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, and promoting a clean and hazard-free workspace. 

• Optimizing Workflow and Efficiency:

  Identifying areas for improvement, implementing new processes, and maximizing productivity.
