We are looking for a dedicated and performance-driven Operations Supervisor to join our in-house team. If you have a strong understanding of logistics, people management, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily logistics operations including last mile delivery and hub coordination

Ensure team performance and timely shipment movement

Monitor and control operational KPIs like FASR, RAD, RVP, etc.

Handle team escalations and client delivery issues effectively

Coordinate with delivery partners, warehouse staff, and higher management

Maintain daily reporting and ensure operational SOP compliance

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of Excel and operation tools/dashboards

Ability to handle pressure and solve problems in real-time

Graduate in any discipline (logistics or business preferred)
