Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Supervisor with at least 6 months of experience to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage staff efficiently. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining smooth warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams.

• Prepare daily and weekly inventory and operations reports.

• Handle basic documentation related to warehouse operations.

• Train and guide warehouse staff to improve productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

• Ability to supervise staff and meet operational targets.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
