Job Description:

We are hiring a Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations. The role involves team handling, shift management, quality checks, stock/inventory monitoring, and ensuring smooth production/dispatch of dairy & FMCG products.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers/operators during shift

• Manage production / warehouse / sales support activities

• Ensure hygiene, safety & quality standards are followed

• Maintain records of inventory, stock movement, and reports

• Allocate daily tasks and train team members

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma (any stream, preferred in Food Tech / Commerce)

• Experience: 2–6 years in Supervisor / Team Leader / Production / Warehouse / FMCG / Dairy industry

• Good leadership & communication skills
