Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other pharmaceutical products as per specified conditions.
Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and status control of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts and periodic stock verification.
Maintain accurate warehouse records, registers, and ERP/system transactions.
Coordinate with QA, Production, QC, Purchase, and Logistics departments.
Ensure proper handling of quarantine, approved, rejected, returned, and expired materials.
Monitor temperature and humidity conditions and maintain relevant records.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, and deviations.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, pest-control, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
Train and supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and company procedures.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of warehouse-related observations.
Prepare and maintain warehouse-related reports and documentation.
