Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods)
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials
Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of orders
Train, guide, and monitor warehouse staff performance
Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Coordinate with other departments (purchase, sales, accounts)
Handle damaged or returned goods as per company policy
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of inventory management systems
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP software)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
