Shift Supervisor – Job Description

Qualification: DME / Graduate / ITI
Experience: 5–10 years in Automotive Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Age: 25–30 years

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shift operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse activities, inventory, and material issuance.
Lead and manage 60–80 manpower per shift, ensuring productivity, discipline, and SOP compliance.
Monitor safety, 5S, and compliance while addressing operational issues and reporting incidents.
Coordinate with customers, conduct daily meetings, prepare MIS reports, and achieve KPI/SLA targets.
Support training, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and effective communication across teams.
