We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow at the site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily workforce activities

• Ensure proper allocation of manpower

• Monitor productivity and maintain work quality

• Handle attendance and basic documentation

• Coordinate with management for operational requirements

• Maintain discipline and safety at the workplace

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/record keeping

• Ability to handle the team and work under pressure

• GRN , SAP-mm / Wm
