📢 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

📍 Location: Near Sanathal Over Bridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
💼 Industry: Logistics & Warehousing (3PL)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required:
✔️ 3–4 years in 3PL Warehousing (preferably managing multiple warehouses in Ahmedabad)
✔️ Graduate (preferred qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock levels, delivery timelines, transport costs, and efficiency.

• Maintain neat, systematic warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety & security standards.

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff while handling manpower planning.

• Organize inventory, plan dispatches, and process shipments accurately.

• Ensure proper documentation (GRN, gate passes, stock reports).

• Conduct regular cycle counts, monthly audits, and maintain daily MIS/WMS reports.

• Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and cost control effectively.

• Resolve customer complaints (CCI) within 24 hours.

• Provide operational support for transitions and new warehouse development.

🔹 Key Requirements

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.

• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot, Index Match, Conditional Formatting).

• Ability to manage multiple warehouses and projects independently.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
