Job Description: Warehouse Manager – Pharma

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch of goods from the warehouse to retail stores and wholesale customers.

• Manage inventory and material planning, along with regular stock monitoring to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Ensure accurate processing of GRN (Goods Received Notes) and timely execution of stock-taking activities.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stacking, handling, and storage of pharmaceutical products.

• Maintain warehouse hygiene and organization in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, GRN processing, and stock-taking procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with strong attention to detail.

• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
