Inventory Control: Maintain accurate, real-time stock records, supervise inward verification, prevent stock leakage, and conduct regular physical audits.
Dispatch Management: Ensure correct picking, packing, and timely dispatch of invoiced goods with zero quantity or model errors.
Documentation Compliance: Maintain signed invoices, LR copies, and delivery confirmations with complete system updates.
Team Supervision: Manage warehouse staff and driver operations, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and daily dispatch targets.
Reporting & Planning: Monitor low stock, slow-moving items, and coordinate with sales for demand planning and replenishment.
