Job Title: Manager - Warehouse

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the warehouse department, with a proven track record of managing a team and optimizing warehouse processes. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.

- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in warehouse management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.

- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
