We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at at Sanyam Foods. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.
Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.
Check the quality of goods before dispatch.
Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.
Manage raw material, packaging material, and finished goods stock.
Control production costs and minimize wastage.
Monitor and update inventory regularly.
Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Train production staff on SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
