Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory, storage, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with production, logistics, and transport teams for timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
Monitor warehouse staff and ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Coordinate with transport vendors and supply chain teams for on-time dispatch and delivery.
Maintain stock records, delivery challans, dispatch documents, and inventory reports.
Ensure proper storage, quality checks, and compliance with safety standards.
Update inventory data using ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
Resolve warehouse-related issues and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
