Job Overview:
Provide Outstanding Customer Services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate monthly reports of inventory levels for management.
Cost management.
Training to Sub-ordinates – Identify training needs of Sub-ordinate and seek support for imparting training.
Actively conduct all external and internal audit, responsible for all the audit scores – Zero deviation in audit compliance.
Manage storage and handling of inventories in warehouse.
Identify appropriate resources and assign workload and schedules to them.
Oversee daily operations of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.
Perform basic administration duties and maintain clear and complete accounting records.
Achieve all Internal and Customer KPI’s s KRA’s
Management of all manpower in warehouse s ensuring Manpower productivity and Process compliance
Respond s Resolve customer Escalations/Complaint.
Contract labour management and compliance
Accurate and timely report generation
Inventory accuracy s WET.
Skills & Competencies:
At least 5 years’ Working experience
Computer skills required, experience in ERP/SAP.
Project management skills preferred.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
Must possess demonstrated ability to work as a team member, handle confidential matters in a professional manner, and lead and influence others to accomplish operational objectives.
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills, ability to embrace and promote others' ideas, motivate employees, build and maintain working relationships and stay focused.
Must understand and foster a diverse workforce.
Advanced skillset with MS Excel.
