We are looking for a Launch Team Associate to join our team at Inamo.
This role involves visiting stores where operational issues are present, assisting in store readiness, and ensuring smooth functioning during launch and daily operations. You will work as an important part of the city operations and supply chain team.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - 20,000 per month and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit stores to identify and resolve operational or setup issues.
· Support store teams in managing stock, picking, packing, and inventory tracking.
· Ensure proper arrangement and labeling of items within the store or mini-warehouse.
· Coordinate with city and central teams for resolving store-level concerns.
· Maintain accurate records of goods movement, stock count, and issue reports.
· Ensure process discipline and adherence to company standards at every store.
· Assist in new store launches by ensuring store readiness and staff coordination.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Preferred)
· Experience Range: 0–2 years (experience as a picker/store associate preferred)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and communication.
· Must be comfortable traveling within the city.
· Punctual, responsible, and a good team player.
