We are looking for a BRANCH MANAGER/ WAREHOUSE MANAGER to join our team at CIVIL INDUSTRY COMPANY . This role involves managing team, warehouse operation,inbound and outbound logistic, storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.
Purpose of the job (briefsummary):
A Branch Manager’s main role is to manage the whole Warehouse allocated to him. Ideally, he should be
managing the team of Scaffolders and a supervisor.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Timely Pickup and Dispatch as per planning or as per customer’s request.
• Verification of the Material before Dispatch & Pickup
• Monthly stock count and random weekly stock count
• Manage a Team (Hiring and Retention of Blue Collar); daily team huddle and performance review will
be a part
• Real Time updating of Pickup, Dispatch, Cleaning and other various reports
• Cashmanagement& Weekly Expense submission; cost analysis and tracking
• Updating the damage material present in the branch timely basis. Also Reporting of damaged
materialthat can be repaired in the branch
• Overall Management of the warehouse, adherence to 5S
• Closure of all the jobs pending for the warehouse
• Tie-up with the Transporters for the Last mile Deliveries of pre-planned pickups & Dispatches
• Timely closures of allthe bills of Transportersso that his due payment can be processed within timeline
• Providing Provisions of Last month Expenses(Transport, Refreshments)
• Scheduled scraping ofthematerial present in the branch according to report provided by stock
Controller
• Tracking & timely delivery of Internal movement within the branch’s utilization should be the key
factor
• Collection, Submission & Uploading of monthly rental invoices in system
• Lead Generation from the Ground Team
• Performing forced pickup religiously
• Adherence to SOPs
• Document management
• Ownership towards Customer Excellence-Support to the vertical, managing and improving the service
level
