Job description
Warehouse Operations: Manage receipt, weighing, segregation, and safe storage of e-waste materials in accordance with pollution control board guidelines. Ensure staff utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols. Responsibilities also include maintaining real-time inventory via ERP systems and conducting stock audits.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop buyers for recovered materials, manage relationships with downstream vendors, and negotiate contracts based on market rates. The manager is responsible for hitting revenue targets and monitoring commodity market trends.
Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to ISO standards and CPCB/SPCB regulations. This includes maintaining audit trails, traceability documentation, and generating performance reports.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 4–7 years in warehouse operations or sales, ideally within the manufacturing, recycling, or waste management sectors.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems, coupled with strong negotiation, communication, and team management abilities. Candidates must be capable of working in an industrial environment and handling hazardous materials
