Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generate tenant leads through broker, corporate, and channel partner networks across Delhi NCR.

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property consultants, relocation agencies, and corporate clients.

Lease residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and warehouse properties.

Conduct property presentations and site visits.

Negotiate rental terms and close leasing transactions.

Reduce vacancy periods and maximize occupancy levels.

Conduct market research and rental benchmarking.

Coordinate lease documentation and agreement execution.

Submit weekly and monthly leasing activity reports.

Develop new channels and networks for tenant acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing residential, commercial, retail, industrial, or warehouse properties.

Strong broker and channel partner network across Delhi NCR preferred.

Experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and property rentals.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently source leads and close rental transactions.

Good understanding of leasing documentation and rental agreements.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Occupancy percentage achieved.

Number of properties leased per month.

Rental revenue generated.

Number of broker and corporate relationships developed.

Site visits conducted and conversion ratio achieved.

Average vacancy period reduction.
