Warehouse Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse activities

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory controls

• Plan and execute inward and outward dispatch of goods

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and retail locations

• Monitor storage conditions to prevent product damage (especially perishable items like Bhimseni Kapoor, Dhoop, etc.)

• Manage warehouse staff and allocate tasks

• Perform periodic audits and cycle counts

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Optimize storage layout for maximum efficiency

• Generate and maintain MIS reports related to inventory and logistics

📦 Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management

• Knowledge of inventory management software (VasyERP, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email communication)

• Preferred: Experience in managing Pooja Samagri, FMCG, or retail goods
