Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and manage end-to-end warehouse and operations

2. Manage complete warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

3. Ensure accurate barcoding, rack management, and stock organization.

4. Maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and system at all times.

5. Oversee daily order flow and ensure timely and errorfree dispatch.

6. Manage and supervise warehouse staff and labour.

7. Ensure strict adherence to processes and operational discipline.

8. Monitor and reduce errors in picking, packing, and returns handling.

9. Coordinate with the accounts/operations team for inward stock and inventory updates.

10. Maintain proper documentation and operational records.

11. Work directly with the founder and take full responsibility for daily operations.

Requirements

1. 4–7 years of experience in ecommerce or fashion warehouse operations.

2. Prior hands-on experience with Unicommerce or OMS Guru is mandatory.

3. Strong understanding of inventory management, barcoding systems, and order flow. Experience managing waehouse teams and handling operations independently.

4. Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.

5. Ability to take ownership and run operations without supervision.

6. Preferably from a D2C clothing or ecommerce brand background.
