TEAM LEAD – PTL OPERATIONS
Location: Kochi
Preference: Kochi local candidates only
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise daily PTL (Partial Truck Load) operations.
Coordinate vehicle loading, unloading, and shipment movement.
Monitor daily operations and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Manage and guide the operations team.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse team, and other departments.
Track shipments and resolve operational issues.
Maintain daily records and prepare basic reports.
Ensure safety, quality, and company procedures are followed.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in PTL/transportation operations.
PTL experience is Preferred
Team handling/supervisory experience preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Only Kochi local candidates preferred.
