Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly disciplined, operations-driven Warehouse Executive (WHE) to manage and coordinate daily warehouse and field collection operations for Used Cooking Oil (UCO) collection activities. The WHE will act as the ground operations controller responsible for rider dispatch, operational coordination, asset management, inward verification, escalation management, and end-of-day operational closure.

Key Role Objective

Smooth FE/Rider dispatch
• Collection Center operational readiness
• Accurate pickup coordination
• Asset issuance & reconciliation
• Inward verification & oil quality checks
• Field support & escalation handling
• Accurate reporting & compliance

Key Responsibilities

Collection Center Operations Management
• Open and prepare CC operations daily
• Ensure warehouse readiness
• Maintain tools & equipment

B. FE / Rider Dispatch Management
• Verify attendance
• Grooming & PPE compliance
• Verify app login & opening KM
• Issue cans, strainer, funnel, challan book, weighing machine, PPE & route sheet

C. Route Coordination & Field Support
• Coordinate FE route execution
• Track pickup progress
• Support field escalations
• Coordinate adhoc pickups & can exchanges

D. Escalation Management
• Handle: No UCO, outlet closed, oil rejection, route issues, capacity shortage, adhoc requests
• Coordinate with FM for resolution

E. Inward Management & Reconciliation
• Receive returned cans
• Verify quantity, challans & physical oil condition
• Ensure route reconciliation

F. Oil Quality Verification
• Check oil quality
• Check water contamination
• Check adulteration
• Maintain quality records

G. Asset Management & Control
• Issue and track operational assets
• Identify discrepancies
• Monitor inventory

H. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain dispatch, escalation, inward & EOD records

I. End of Day Closure
• Close run sheets
• Verify route completion
• Share EOD report with FM

Educational Qualification

Graduate / Diploma preferred. Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations background preferred.

Experience Required

1–4 years experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics first Mile & Last Mile , Fleet Operations, Dispatch Operations, Collection Center Operations or related domains.

PF and other statutory benefits applicable
