Job Title: Pharmacy Warehouse Manager

📍 Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical goods

Ensure accurate inventory management and proper stock handling

Oversee order processing including picking, packing, loading, and unloading

Manage warehouse staff, including shift scheduling, discipline, and performance

Maintain safety, security, and hygiene standards within the warehouse

Handle stock control and participate in regular audits

Maintain detailed statistical and financial records

Manage warehouse budgets and optimize operational costs

Implement and manage warehouse management software systems

🎯 Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in a medicine/pharmacy warehouse

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products (preferred)

Experience handling large-scale inventory (thousands of SKUs)

Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in flexible shifts
