Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate physical stock records.

• Supervise daily loading and unloading of goods.

• Coordinate timely and accurate dispatches.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.

• Maintain registers, delivery challans, and basic dispatch documentation.

• Liaise with transporters and drivers for dispatch coordination.

• Lead a team of helpers/laborers and allocate tasks as required.

• Report any stock discrepancies or damage to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a similar role.

• Ability to read and write basic English or Hindi.

• Physically fit and capable of manual work.

• Basic knowledge of stock registers and dispatch documentation.

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
