Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures that warehouse processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment.

• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols.

• Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and productivity.

• Train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of warehousing practices, logistics, and inventory systems.

• Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
