We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in a fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment. This role is responsible for managing client inventory, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and optimizing processes for multiple customers across various industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-client warehouse operations and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain practices.
Manage day-to-day operations of the 3PL warehouse including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Ensure client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, including team leads, forklift operators, and material handlers.
Implement and monitor warehouse processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Coordinate with clients and internal departments (customer service, transportation, IT) to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Plan labor and resource allocation based on volume forecasts and business requirements.
Oversee compliance with health and safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
Prepare operational reports, analyze data, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.
Proven leadership and team management skills in a multi-client operation.
Strong understanding of WMS systems, inventory control procedures, and shipping/receiving best practices.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
Knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Forklift certification and experience with RF scanning technology is a plus.
Full-time position, with possible evening or weekend hours based on client requirements and operational demands.
