Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, staff supervision, safety compliance, and process optimization to meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, storage, returns)
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Implement and enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards
Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity)
Maintain warehouse equipment and manage vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP)
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Ability to analyze data and improve processes
Good communication and problem-solving skills
