Job Summary:

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to handle day-to-day operations of our textile warehouse. The candidate must have practical experience in inventory management, data entry, and purchase entry, and be able to maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse activities related to yarns, fabrics, garments, and raw materials

• Maintain and update inventory records in Excel, Tally, or ERP software

• Enter purchase bills, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and stock movement data accurately

• Monitor stock inward/outward entries and ensure proper documentation

• Organize and manage proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials

• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks

• Prepare and share daily/weekly stock reports with management

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper manpower handling

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations in the textile/garment sector

• Must be skilled in Tally, Excel, and basic ERP functions

• Strong knowledge of inventory and purchase documentation

• Ability to manage warehouse staff and multitask efficiently

• Education: Graduate / Diploma (Textile or Logistics background preferred)

• Must be physically fit and proactive
