Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Manager.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Raipur (Mandir Hasaud) facility to manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, manpower supervision, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations — receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts
Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, monitor performance
Ensure timely order fulfillment as per client SLAs
Implement safety protocols and maintain a compliant warehouse environment
Coordinate inbound/outbound vehicle scheduling with transport teams
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
Handle WMS/inventory software and ensure accurate data entry
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
Liaise with vendors, transporters, and clients to resolve issues.
