Maintain Full Manpower Count within 48 hours

Team Member Grading & Training execution

Accurate MIS & WMS Reporting

Regular Cycle Counts & Monthly Audits

Timely Procurement & Cost Control

Plan Travel & Firefighting Support as needed

Warehouse Solutions within 3 working days

Sales Contribution Monitoring – per Region/Quarter

Local Transport Vendor Support

Ops & CCI Transition Support (7–15 days)

Customer Complaint Resolution (CCI) within 24 hours

Purchase/Develop One Warehouse Per Year (if interested)
